FRAMEOUT Co., Ltd. handles the personal information of people who use the With the Word app and website as described below. The same policy applies to users in the United States.
1. Information we process and why

Records are encrypted and stored on servers in Seoul, Korea. The app uses no analytics tools, and we do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
2. Sensitive information
Prayers and records can reveal religious beliefs, so we treat them as sensitive information. We ask for separate consent at signup; without it, you cannot use record saving. Please avoid details that identify other people.
3. Retention and deletion
When you delete your account, your records are deleted right away and backup copies disappear within 7 days. The following are kept for set periods and then deleted:
- Payment and contract records for 5 years, consumer complaint and dispute records for 3 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
- Operator access records for 2 years
- Deletion confirmations and AI usage records for 1 year (no longer linked to your account)
- Error diagnostics for 3 months

AI providers receive only the content you choose, when you make a consented request, and do not store it after processing. You can refuse or withdraw consent to external AI processing to stop sending.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent and export at any time. Use the My menu (Export my data, Delete account, AI processing guide · Manage consent) or email help@withtheword.co.kr. We handle requests within 10 days.
6. Children under 14
Children under 14 cannot sign up. If we learn that one has, we delete the account and its records.
7. Security
We encrypt personal records and connections and limit access rights.

9. Changes
We announce changes in the app and on the website at least 7 days before they take effect.
10. AI processing
We use AI for prayer meditations, evening reflections, verse questions and chapter insights, and ask for separate consent the first time.
- What is sent: the prayer, situation or question you write and the Bible passages you choose (chapter insights send Bible text only). Your account information and email are not sent.
- Processing: an AI provider in the United States processes requests and does not store your input or results. Results are stored encrypted on our server in Seoul.
- AI writing can be wrong. Read it alongside Scripture.
